Reservation Policies
- Check-in time is after 3:00 pm
- Check-out time is prior to 11:00 am
- Children under 18 stay free when accompanied by an adult
- Each additional adult in the room is $20 per night
- Cots and cribs are available for $10 per night
- All rates are subject to 8% NH Rooms and Meals tax
- A deposit equal to one night’s accommodations is required, which will be applied to the first night’s stay
- Deposits are refunded for cancellations made up to 5 days prior to arrival, with a $10 cancellation fee.
- Deposits are non-refundable if reservation is cancelled within 5 days of arrival
- Package rates are per person, based on double occupancy, plus tax and gratuity
- Tax and gratuity will automatically be charged to your room bill on all package plans
- Higher rates apply during vacation and holiday periods
- Rates are subject to change without notice
- There is a two night (Friday-Saturday nights) requirement on weekends
- Modified American Plan is available
- No pets please, there are kennels nearby
- Tee times are required – this is a soft spike course. Dress code is enforced
- The dress code for Ledges Dining Room is Resort Casual during the dinner hour
- The hotel is entirely non-smoking
